when i was in my teens lifted all the time, then became a bartender and later owned my own bar/restaurant and then opened a night club.... and got fat! 279 lbs. my wife and i built up both business' and then sold them at the hieght of their worth. and then started the long road to 210 lbs. once i hit the 210 mark i started then to put on lean mass. i wiegh 234 now at 6'2".
