I was never into fitness of any kind till I bought myself a nice pair of rollerblades at 19. I loved it so much I went out everyday! I didn't realize until 6 months later that I dropped about 40 or so pounds- nice bonus! I dabbled here and there at the gym not knowing what I was doing until I was about 21. I hired a personal trainer/nutritionist who transformed my life forever. I finally had the 6pack of my dreams... then I got pregnant with my baby boy! Haha, I ate for two and consequently gained 75 pounds never to see those dreamy washboard abs again... 6 years later I continue to be a regular at the gym....
I love the endorphins far most. There is nothing better than that euphoric high after a killer session. I love the sweat, the gains, the results, the science behind it.... I could ramble on and on and on....
