I wanted to change, was tired of being that fat guy who hangs out with all the skinny people. I started weight traning back in high school, but never really seen any big results for my body, until i started changing my diet and doing more cardio. I was never really into sports or active in high school. but i did enjoy weight training class. My weight has been a roller coaster. The heaviest i've been was in my junior year of high school, at 235lbs. after i found weight training which i took in senior year i drop to 220 then to 215, since after high school i rarly did any active things in my life but i did manage to keep my weight between 220 down to 210. I love to eat sweets and greasy fried foods. those where my biggest weight gainers. Love Ice cream... and fried chicken... soo good but soo evil to your body. since the end of december 2011 i have started to pick up my cardio. i probably do 2 cardio days in a week while lifting 5 to 6 days. which helped me alot while i change some of my diet. i dropped down to 205lbs. then Jan 1 2012 i was down to 200lbs. since than, i am down to 190 to 186lbs. i have really changed my diet, i cut out all fast food, but i am still tempted to eat sweets but i limit them. all i eat is chicken breast, broccoli, veggis, brown rice on carb loading days, wheat thins and triscuit, beef jerky. My supplements are whey protein powder, bcaa, fish oil, opti multi vitiman, cla and a pwo drink. The lowest weight i've been for the longest time i can remember. i try to do cardio every day. i will weight train for 4 to 5 days. my goal weight by the end of this year is 165lbs and a six pack or atleast showing. hopefully i can accomplish this. Thanks for all the support and information that this site has given to me.
