With my hubby being in the military he is not always home due to deployments, training, or specials schools that he attends to help his career. So there are times when it is just our two little girls and me. If you have ever been around the military there is a saying that once your spouse leaves that is when everything in the house breaks! It is true, but working out helped me coupe with all that stress. In 2013 my hubby deployed again and it was the first time he had been away from our girls for more than a month or two. Needless to say they did not take it very well. There was a ton of attitude, lots of tears and even more questions about why daddy had to leave. Living in a different state from both of our families I had to find an outlet to help me deal with my daily challenges and it was working out. I would get up in the morning around 4:30 am and go and work out in our garage before the girls got up. It gave me a ton of energy and even more patience to deal with whatever was going to come my way that day.
