I used to be overweight when I was little. I gain weight very easy. I was 147lbs in middle school at 5'2. I got down to 104lbs at 5'4 by the end of middle school. Since Then I've been motivated to keep pushing.

Its just you and the weight, all your worries are gone and you feel great.
