I was 21stone, I was unhappy and figured losing weight would help the way I felt about my body which would help the way I felt full stop. I planned on losing a couple of stone but got the bug and now I'm 15stone. I focused mainly on cardio but now I want to increase my knowledge on how to get bigger and stronger and pick up useful things along the way.
