about two years ago got real ill got put in the hospital first time since i was born they said i had ashma but was tired being over weight and needed a change so from that moment i decided to start losing weight and live a healthier life so i stopped drinking soda and eating sweets when i started i weighed 225lbs that wasnt me so i joined a fitness club and started to lift weight and alot of cardio i think i have came along way i am now using muscles i didnt know i had and then i was told about bodybuilding.com once i started i was hooked now its been over a year since i started losing weight now im at 185lbs im feeling great im not laying around all the time im always doing something if it lifting weights or bike riding im even getting into running again running was my life when i was younger i use to run alot of races now since im getting into running again i feel im in the best shape of my life now its getting ready to ride alot this summer my goal is 170lbs i know i can do it but need some tips so if you have any just drop me a few lines to reach my goal thank you for reading
