A buddy of mine was a few months into working out already and I asked if I could start lifting with him. At that time all I was doing was boxing and kickboxing training, and I wanted to get stronger.

I love the idea behind self improvement. I loved going to school to better the development of my intelligence and I love going and working out to better my physique.
