I've always worked out - now I'm training to potentially compete this summer.

I love the discipline of it all - how your body can be maintained through exact science. While we are all genetically different, your body and the health of if is for the most part...completely controllable. Taking charge of your mental and physical state is the most liberating feeling I can think of...what's not to love?!
