Years of eating fast food and being sedentary had caught up to me in the worst way: a 300lb weight on the scale. I decided something had to change. I lost 60lbs during a season of tennis in high school and loved seeing the transformation. In college I began lifting weights and became even more addicted to the iron lifestyle.

Knowing that every time I walk in to the gym I have a sure, predetermined goal that I can crush is a really powerful feeling to have. Seeing the changes in my body month to month is one of the most motivational things you can experience. Also, being "that guy who always goes to the gym" is the best stereotype to have!
