At a young age i was always in sports in school, I played volleyball, gymnastics, basketball, soccer, cross country, tennis, and softball all in my high school career. My father was always into working out and his wife so that made me want to be active as well. Recently I have been working out more and more and sticking with it. I became involved with a man who was a fitness and nutrition maniac! We have been together for the past three years and he has really effected my life in many ways. Since we have been together I have become more and more aware of what i eat and working out. In april i decided I wanted to start weight lifting and since then i have not stopped and slowly but surely i am on a road to a fitter and more healthy life style. I plan to pursue a career in the fitness industry! I feel that my boyfriend, John of three years has really made me aware of my passion and love of bodybuilding/working out and being healthy!
I love working out because it is a stress reliever. It makes me instantly feel better about my day knowing I got a workout in! Working out has so many benifits in your mind and body and I love the thought of becoming more fit and more healthy! Working out has instant results aswell as long term results and I enjoy that!
