I was always an athlete growing up. I really got into weight lifting and working out as an athlete in college. An injury caused my athletic career to slowly end along with my motivation to maintain my fitness. I'm hoping to make a 180 and get even fitter than I was back in college.

It makes me feel strong, empowered, and good about myself.
