I have worked out my whole life but after having me first child I noticed I needed a change!

I find this as my escape from the world. I can be having a good day or bad and the weights always win. I have enjoyed lifting for many years now but have decided to make the full commitment (the way I fuel my body). I look forward to the out come and taking my family on a trip when I win.
