I was very fit in my early 20's and 30's but having 2 kids in my mid to late 30's kind of side tracked my time. When I stepped on a scale and realized that I weighed as much as I did when I was 9 months pregnant with my daughter I knew it was time to find some time for myself and get myself back in shape.

I can't believe how much better I feel after 12 weeks of consistent exercise. I have more energy and my motivation has not faltered because I'm seeing the fruits of my labor.
