I have been a pretty consistent gym goer for about 4 years now, however, it wasn't until about a year ago that I really started to take this journey seriously. I saw a picture of me from last summer and couldn't believe the changes that were made from only a year ago. I put that picture and a current picture side by side and it was the most rewarding thing to look at. That gave me more motivation to continue on this journey. Lifting is such a part of my life especially with my job as a personal trainer, I live at the gym. Now I'm addicted!
The way I feel after a workout is like no other. Not only do I love the feeling I get in the gym, but also in other aspects of my life. I do better in school and in relations and just overall as a person when I stick to my routines. Bodybuilding/lifting has become I lifestyle for me. I love looking up recipes on bodybuilding.com and trying new things.
