Well I done boxing for two years and keeping weight OFF was important for bouts. Now I stopped I am starting to bulk up while training in MMA. Started my first bulk around mid August plan on starting to cut around March

Always enjoyed exercise, just love it gives me a good buzz after 'feeling the burn' Also love reaching any goals I have.
