I was a young punk in 8th grade. My dad said I would never amount to anything. He dragged me into the high school gym to meet my lifting coach. Coach mason was the biggest man I ever met in my life. He pushed me for the next 4 yrs. I went from being a skinny skater to on stage 17 yr old weighing in at 185lbs and placed 1st in my first ever bodybuilding competition in my home town. I owe everything to coach Mason. I have not been home in 10 yrs. but I hope he knows I am killing it everyday and I still treat my body as a temple. Thanks for everything.

Bodybuilding is like no other because you rely on no one else. If I have a bad workout or have a bad lift it is my fault. If i wake up on the heavy side it was the way I ate not how anyone else made me eat. Bodybuilding is discipline and the most disciplined will always win.
