I got started when I was young because my best friends father was an amateur body builder and it coincided with my athletic lifestyle. Even though I started out as an ignorant lifter using improper form when i was about 16.
Growing up, I played baseball on a National level, and throughout my journey, I have competed in Powerlifting and MMA. Through the advisement of a close friend, and amateur bodybuilder, I decided to take on the INBF Long Island Experience as a bodybuilder in the lightweight division. From there, I decided to take my 210lb physique and set my goals on developing a less massive/bulky, aesthetically pleasing appearance which would ultimately fit perfectly in the Men's Physique division of the IFBB.
With mornings beginning at 4:30AM, I would climb the stair-master for an hour at my local gym, which I managed from 2 â 6PM, while simultaneously attending school to earn my Bachelor of Sciences in Bioscience. My fascination with the human body, its limitations, its functions and how it performs became something I would indulge myself in â so not only do I possess the physical experience in the transformation, I also possess the clinical knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
i love working out because it constantly has you setting and acchieving goals while looking great and feeling great(confidence and energy wise) Lately it has helped me become the person I want to be. Its taught me RESPECT, sacrifice and that anything is possible. I'm able to motivate/inspire my clients around the long island area through my image and reinforce their knowledge because of the journey I have taken first hand weather it being clinically correct or done through trial and error
