I have been nearly overweight according to the army's standards for the past 8 years of service. Recently though I taped right on top of the limit at 22% Body Fat. This, coupled with a deployment where all I have to do with my free time is exercise, sparked my new fitness goal. I want to have abs for once in my life. I want to feel confident when I take my shirt off at the pool/beach/wherever. I have a great support group out here in Kuwait and 9 months to get fit. I also quit smoking and dipping since I have been out here. A lot of changes for the better!
