I started working out because I felt like my strength was pretty weak compared to some of my friends and I was a real skinny guy. So I finally got a gym membership with a friend but he backed out after a couple months but I kept at it and the rest is history.
Why I Love it
Since April of 2006 I've gotten more serious about weight lifting. I keep lifting because people notice every once in a while that I'm making gains and what not.
