I thought I was healthy and active until, at age 22. I noticed stretch marks on my arms, and hips. Since then, I have been educating myself and workout out. Fitness is a science!

I started actually tracking myself about 4-5 years ago (hadn't done so before). Doing so helped me see what was working and what wasn't. When I see gains, this helps me continue. As well, when friends and family ask me for advice, it motivates me to understand, in depth, what my answers are. I don't feel comfortable giving advice unless I know for certain that they are sound. I test out my theories first on myself before telling others. Tests are done in the gym. This accountability requires me to work out
