How I Started
Well, Lets say I have been working out my whole life. After my two kids to be exact I took it to the next level and dedicated myself to building muscle.
Well now I have been noticed by a
bodybuilder in professional competition that has taken a look at my achievements and offer to help me get ready for my own competition. My dream. I have so far long to see achieve, which they say I don't need much more work, but to me myself I have so much more muscle to accomplish and achieve. I have a four pack but trying to gain a six pack. I want to become a professional bodybuilder and so much more and I am hoping by prayer and by the grace and help of God and my husband will help to achieve my goal. I want to be noticed and well respected on how dedicated I am to the game.
I work out at 4 a.m. to 5:30 a.m cardio like running on treadmill 5.6 miles per hour and sprint 3.6 miles per hour every two minutes. Eat a protein breakfast like eggs, chicken or some kind a meat or oatmeal or fiber. Only 190 cal for breakfast and then around ten a.m. an apple or some kinda fruit.
Then 11 a.m. I eat lunch of protein 90 cal ham, beef, and turkey, or 40 cal winnies atleast two of those with mustard, then another piece of fruit aroung 2 p.m. or fiber bar of 90 cal and then at 5p.m. I eat my dinner 130 cal of something good.
Then at 5:30 p.m. I go to the gym and lift weights for an hour and 30 more minute cardio of sprint running. I always add ab workouts and glutes to everyday morning cardio and weight lifting. and afternoons too.
I drink a lot of green tea, flavored water and diet drinks throughout the day to keep me sane in flavor. Plain old water gets old to me sometimes. I will drink plain ole water for several months and nothing else and I will go crazy afterwards. All drinks have to be zero cal and no sugar. My favorite is Diet caffeine free coke. That is my fav. treat. I am a very sick girl on my diet and routine. I am strick and devoted, determined, nasty etc. I choose that. Nobody tells me that but I do have treat meals on Saturdays so I don't deprive myself. I give my body a rain check on rewards and gifts to keep me a flow.
I work out Monday through Friday routinely and on weekends I work in the yard or whatever husband has for chore duty for us. So weekends are the hardest workouts because I am with him. lol
We are up and about by 7 a.m. And we work all day or we play hard all day. We are no couch potatos. We all over of energy and work. You work hard you play hard.
You might think that is too strick of a life and living but it is what you get used too. I also don't forget after I work out I still have to clean house afterwards from gym. I still do wife duties and mom duties but during the summer all my kids are gone the whole summer through so I am a teenager all over again. I do get accuse of looking like a teenager a lot. I am 31 and still look young.
Working out also has a lot of benefits. If you need me to name a few just let me know. I am in Heaven when I am working out or in the gym. I am zoned and I mean business. I am not there to play but to focus. To FOCUS all on me. I don't talk it I walk it in the gym. I say hi but carrying on conversation for length of time, No mam I have a job to do and thats why I am there. My body has work to do. I have to build my empire. I have to keep on moving. Nobody will knock me down. Our body is a machine and we have to keep every limb and ball in check. Your body can form into so many different directions that it will impress you.
Why I Love it
It makes me feel sexy and appealing to myself. Confidence. It makes me feel good after a workout to realize I am growing muscle and losing inches. Also toning up and staying fit and healthy.
