I've never been satisfied with my body, my strengh, my endurance
I wanted to feel proud of myself, take care of my mind, my body, as my full time job is taking care of the others
I started working out at home with fun DVDs/Youtube (Jillian Michaels, Hip Hop Abs, Bodyrock, Zuzka Light) but when I moved to a new appartment I hadn't enough place and it was too noisy for my poor neighbours
So I took a very expensive (for me) gym membership ... and had to make a return on investment ;)
I first dit a lot of cardio, took classes ...
And then I discovered BB and I fell in love with fantastic programs !!!!!
Love my endorphin shoot ;)
Love to feel stronger, fit, toned
Love to see my muscles growing, be more defined
Love to see the guys at the gym looking at me and thinking "Oh oh, I guess I should put the same energy in lifting than her" :op
