i had my daughter at age 20, and after birth and always doing house work and eating crap everyday i decided i wanted to be happy. Looking at myself in the mirror was just not a good experiencce, i didnt feel happy about my body and my looks. I decided it was time for me to be happy and finally look the way i could feel proud and happy about. So i started the gym and a fully body transformation.

it just brings confidence and motivation and happiness to my life. i feel stronger, healthier, lighter, happier, more confident and i dont need to be hiding my body anymore. Working out makes me feel more energized and fulfilled.
