Me and my friends started at a different gym just for fun a few years ago. we just did it sporatically, but now im at a different gym without my friends and I go 3 times a week.

I love working out because it's awesome to see that each time you go to the gym you get stronger and you can lift more. I also like talking with everyone else in the sauna and pool after the workout.
