I became a "exercise nut" when I joined the military when I was 19 years old. I loved it and was addicted. Not to the extent that it was unhealthy! It just became a part of my life. I am health conscious and a registered nurse. In recent years I became ill with a condition that is inherited, and I had no idea I had already. I have fought, and fought it, as I do everything. Well, I lost my shape in the process of taking the necessary treatments, and am ready to hit this thing full force! I want my body, my self esteem, my life, and the piece of me that it took with it back. This program was recommended to me by a friend, she is a nurse, and I trust her with all of my hear. Thanks Tash!
I love having a body that is well formed, curved, slightly muscular, but not too much. I love a body that looks healthy and well taken care of. I also love feeling the work that goes into exercise. It feels rewarding, challenging, and it's time all to myself. It gives me more confidence, more choices of clothes to wear, and more self actualization. I feel more complete.
