I LOVE THE INSPIRATION AND MOTIVATION PEOPLE HAVE SHARED IN THEIR EXPERIENCES AND WANT TO HELP OTHERS SUCCEED THROUGH SHARING MY JOURNEY.

I love bodybuilding/working out for the reward of health, strength, courage, stamina, accomplishment, personal best challenges, and success! I love how empowered I feel when I achieve and exceed my goals, knowing that the only failure I experience is at the end of a dropset. I love how taking the time out for me to create a healthy body and mind, is being noticed by my family and friends, and motivates them to reach for a higher standard for themselves. I love that my choices to take care of myself with bodybuilding/working out has opened up an entire universe of new and exciting opportunities to grow and share with others. It has been a catalyst of making my very best self the only person I know and love!
