I just completed my first bodybuilding Competition and placed second in my class!!! After I recieved my Masters degree I had some time to workout! I started Reading Oxygen and Training for my first 5K. Now I am working an my next 5K in October 2010. Next Year I want to finish a Half Marathon. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer and Aerobics Instructor. I never thought I would inspire or motivate anyone. I always thought I had just enough motivation for myself. I actually lost 211lbs it just happened seperate times! I was 250 after my first child and then lost down to 125. I walked every night with that baby while living in Hawaii. We would go 20 laps around the track at midnight! The second baby I gained 70lbs and ended up at 210 in delivery. Now I am at 125 again. I had that baby in the gym at 3 weeks old in the back of the aerobics class! He grew up in the gym! I have new goals now and they arent about weight, but about muscle and emotions. I feel better when I look better and I look better when I work out. There are days when I dont want to, but I push through it because I know there is someone out there that would do the same!!!!
