I started by attending group fitness classes about 20 years ago to lose the baby weight I had gained.I've always loved the high impact cardio classes the best, and It has only been recently that I have slowed down and am now starting to become very serious about strength training as well as yoga and meditation.

The older I get the more I'm enjoying having a fit and healthy body and I love the strength training I am now committing to as I am becoming addicted to the feeling of getting stronger am stronger, especially that I'm now in my 50's. I also love that Imcan really focus on being present and in the moment and for the first time in my life am feeling a real sense of comtementment.
