I always thought cardio was the best way to lose weight, but in January 2014 I started using Fitness Blender online videos, which taught me that lifting weights would be much better. Since then I have lost half a stone and am more toned than ever. I now have my own weights and dumbbells that I can use at home which means I'm saving money on gym memberships, which is handy as I'm a student.

It keeps me sane!
