I grew up as a competitive gymnast. After completely breaking my ulna and radius, I was unable to completely return to gymnastics and began cheerleading. I was a cheerleader in high school and in college. I left cheerleading after tearing my labrum in my hip and undergoing surgery to repair it. As I have had several injuries and surgeries in the past, I am now working to strengthen my body and get back into shape!

Working out gives me more energy and increases my overall mood!
