Been working out pretty much off and on for yeeeears! But really started pushing hard after a surgery Feb. of 2012, I think I am now addicted to exercise and nutrition, reading and learning as much as I can about eating the right kinds of foods and getting enough without going overborad while working out so much. It's a lot of fun and this website is so awesome, allowing individuals to post comments, pics and share helpful ideas and motivation to keep me going!
Well, the results are awesome when you put in the time and dedication. I love how I feel, how I look (although, always trying to get better in certain areas), and how much more energy working out gives me. I've seen a lot of people suffer from terrible illnesses that largely could have been prevented by living a healthier lifestyle. My husband and I work out not only for our looks, but to hopefully spend many more healthy years together!
