I started working out with weights when I was in high school for sports and stuff. My father was devoted to lifting weights when I was growing up so I usually went with him to the gym and watched him. As i got older I would actually work out with him and he showed me some basic stuff. After I graduated high school it kinda drifted away from me for a while until I turned about 21 years old. I began seeking out information from bodybuilding.com, Muscle and Fitness magazine, and musclemag! The last 3 years I have turned working out and lifting weights into a lifestyle! I love exercise and the feeling of iron in my hands!
It gives me a chance to get away from the outside world and into my own world! I love bodybuilding because I love to see the transformations I undergo throughout the year. I love the endorphic feeling when I leave the gym and the tired but accomplished feeling on my way home. I also get an opportunity to share all the knowledge I have gained with inexperienced lifters and help them accomplish their goals.
