I have always been interested in fitness, growing up with a step-brother in body building and a step-mom that was a personal trainer. My body weight has always fluctuated, I would begin a diet or trying to workout, and after a little while I would give up. I admit I love food, but I have also learned being healthy doesn't mean you have to eat cardboard. This time last year, I realized I had once again gained all my weight back and was finally fed up with being unhealthy. I wanted change, and I wanted it bad. I began watching what I was eating and started going to the gym, rain or shine, Monday - Friday. I didn't start a plan, I monitored my food, but wasn't too strict, and I choreographed mine and my partners workout and kept a log of our workouts to monitor progress. Every since I've been striving to improve a little everyday.. It took me 3 years to gain my weight back, I don't expect it to disappear over night.
