Started a job in construction and was pretty much forced to work out! Walking around all day with work belt and tools, carry around and lifting materials...figured I had to do something to make my life easier!

As I have progressed, I have learned that I need to listen to my body but still push myself to my limits...
I have a lot of work to do still, but the body is always evolving and progressing if you let it, so I may as well put it in to a state to recover from!!!
