Ever since i was six i've been an athlete. It began on the island of St. Maarten where my parents basically forced me to join the Caribbean Swim team. We did open water swims, international swims, etc! It was loads of fun! Then we moved to Texas where i was always on some sort of team regardless of whether i was good at it or not. I had a lot of energy and i couldn't stand not doing anything with it. That was in middle school and throughout high school. I continued my emphasis on swimming all the way through high school and competed in districts, regionals, and state placing in top events in most. I began my love for nutrition when i started developing serious health issues. It had to happen- change the lifestyle or go to the doctor. So i changed my lifestyle and habits and i've been obsessed with both exercising- plyo, endurance, agility, high and low intensity, swimming of course, tris, you name it. On the nutrition side i am constantly researching... i want to know everything- every diet, every food, every side effect, every meal replacement, bars, workout routines too... i am obsessed and i love it.
I started my own business called FitnessFREAK. I serve the north dallas area as a mobile trainer. My specifics are aerobics, endurance, pilates, flexibility, physical therapy exercises, plyo, corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, 5K training, weight loss, weight gain, general fitness...resistance bands, kettlebells, suspension bands... i love it all haha
