I was always athletic, but after high school, my body started to get "mushy." My boyfriend (now husband) suggested lifting weight, I became hooked!!! I had my son in October of 2013 and I'm back in business :)

I love being able to change my body! I also really enjoy helping others with their fitness and weight loss goals
