My older sister started working out first. I had never done anything beyond sports in high school and the occasional cardio machine at the gym. For the last 5-6 years, I've been on and off. However, in the past 2 years I have been able to lose 50 pounds over...Now I've gained 20 pounds back and I'm on a mission to re-focus and be in the best shape of my life!

I am addicted to seeing the results of my hard work. I get a sense of accomplishment after a tough workout or when I notice differences in my body. It's also nice when others notice and I get compliments.
