I was familiar to good health and fitness. Always I maintained my body weight. Before two years I recovered from heart attack. I had to stay at home and my doctor forbid me to work more then four months. I started a rehabilitation program concluding aerobic activities like walking on treadmill, working out on elliptical and lifting light weights. My fitness was improved and I lost five kilograms . After I finished the rehabilitation program I continued to walk three times a week and my fitness was very good. Before eight month I stopped to walk and didn't controlled my diet and gained weight to ninety kilograms. I had a difficulty to climb the stairs and doing other routine activities. At march 2012 I decided to improve my fitness condition and to loss body fat. I purchased an elliptical and started to workout three times a week and to eat healthier food. I have lost five kilograms until 20th july 2012. On my surfing in the internet for resistance exercises and for tips to burn fat fast I found the "Bodybuilding.com" site. I was amazed from the transformation stories and decided to transform my body . I follow the suggestions in this site and implement them. I know it will not be easy but I started.
