I started my own fitness blog in 2010 called www.LiveLifeActive.com as a means to keep myself accountable. I still run the site daily and it became more popular when I started lifting with Jamie Eason's LiveFit trainer in September 2011 and fell in love with it. I haven't stopped since!

I love the way I feel when I notice changes in my body.
