I got into junior bodybuilding over 10 years ago at the age of 18. I did 4 bodybuilding shows with the NABBA and with the WABBA. Working out is like therapy for me. I get a huge sense of accomplishment when I complete a good work out. It has built my confidence and I love the knowledge I have gained as I have moved onward in my fitness journey and enjoy passing it on to others to help them succeed!
