I started going on a diet back in mid school. I was really conscious as a result of people telling me I gained a lot of weight. I went on a crash diet before school started back 2003. I indeed lost a lot of weight but gained a few pimples. Since then, dancing has been my workout esp. cheerdancing.

It makes me feel healthy and look good.
