The Wife looked over adn started feeding me only healthy food... I said are you trying to tell em something...she goes uhhh yea you need to workout...So I did. Funny how she has since changed her mind like the gym takes to much of my time...pshhh no way...just 18-24 hours a week no biggy :) At first I was at a slow start inconsistent schedule Id lose like 11 lbs then gain back 7 adn then lose 4 lbs then gain 10 I fluctuated betwwen 245-252(heaviest Ive ever been) When i got to 252 and bending over was kind of difficult I said enough is enough...and started hardcore working out again! Lost 32 lbs and currently working toward maintaing 195lbs and 10-15% bodyfat category. I don't nececassrily want to be huge just cut lean and healthy.
I love watching the gains! I also like pushing my body to the limit especially cardio wise...when you don't think you can push another inch and you do for another mile...just pure mental focus love that! Also watching my body transform into the shape of 2005 when i was at peak physical condition 186lbs and 6%bodyfat im going to get there!
