I always loved being sporty and active... I realized just how much you could push yourself when I was on my collegiate crew team for a semester (unfortunately costs were high and my pockets were eemmptty). I got into lifting when I was 22 - but my mind was still into the bar scene. It was still more fun to wake up with headaches at 12pm for some reason? By September 2014 I was ready to get serious with myself and reap the rewards that hard work would put out. I didn't set any goals except to promise myself I'd stick to whatever I did. Insanity in my room became running to and from the tanning salon (multitasking!!) and then by Christmas time I was ready to pick things up :-) I can't imagine stopping now. I have daily goals, seasonal goals, and eventually see myself entering into some hardcore competitions!
