Four years ago, as a New Year’s Resolution, I made the unwavering decision to do better for myself and take control of my health. That same day, was the beginning of a long and continuous journey of self-betterment.

This journey has consisted of exciting opportunities, a couple of downfalls, and eventually has led into tapping into my own potential as a strength athlete as well as finding my passion for helping and empowering other women. I love the way being strong makes me feel and through this I’ve learned that strength is just as much mental as it is physical. The benefits of hard work and training extend into the character of the individual. It has taught me to believe in myself, love and be proud of my body, and has given me the confidence to know that I am ready for anything that comes my way.
