When I was 16, left my own town to start my studies. Before arrive in Campo Grande, I started to workout in august. I needed to improve my concentration, body and mental health.
January 2011 my studies became very hard then i stoped to workout. February 2012 I was back.
With 69,5 kg, I started a bulk to improve mass gain, sometimes I did dirty bulk. July 2012 I was already 84 kg!
Because I got a lot of fat in bulking, improved my diet cutting some carbs and bad fats. I put HIIT in my workout routine too. Now, in February 2013, I'm 74 kg towards 80 kg of mass. For most, too bad, It's true. But I have goals and i'm working hard to achieve it. And you?
I intend to have a health life. There are a lot of scientific articles saying workout is good for a whole life, and these aren't just theory. Since I've started to workout, noticed improvements in health. My routine requires a lot of concentration most provided by workouts. Workouts combined with good nutrition boosted my welfare. Dalai Lama already said: ''Men spend health saving money, then lose money saving health.''
Don't say you don't have time to workout. Make your own time. Invest in your health because it'll be one of your best friends. Try to invest in it, and maybe it may not abandon you.
