All my life I struggled to live a healthy lifestyle but did not have the knowledge to succeed.
in 2009 I was stuck in a wheelchair with the thought of possibly losing my leg and even my life, that I really started educating myself on health , wellness and rebuilding your body. I swore that if I lived through my struggle I would live the happiest and healthiest life I could.
Fast forward five years later - and here I am. Life is always full of challenges but I am committed to my own happiness and well being first . All my choices are now based on whether it will make me happy or healthier.
While my body looks good, its a work in progress. I completed my first competition in November 2012 and then Placed 4th in my class in The Cutler Competition 2013.
I love the ability to practice controlling how your body responds to food and weights. Bodybuilding is a science as well as a psychological journey you have to be committed to 100%. There is no lying , no cheating no avoiding what you have to do to achieve your goal. While the packaging is a great perk, to me its all about me and how I can enjoy life.
