Started when I researched how to help restless legs. I found that low potassium levels and overweight are two major causes for it. Once I started working out and having a healthy diet I stopped having restless legs.

I love working out because my energy levels are so much higher when I am in a routine. Having a new goal of what I want to achieve always help to keep me motivated to do what I am doing and look for results.
