3 years ago I saw someone I had not seen in years and he said to me. "man you have gained weight. What the hell happened?" That was it for me. That all I needed to get back in shape. After High school I had no more sports or activities to keep me active so I got lazy. I also went through a bad break up and that did not help. So I gained more and more weight until I saw my old friend. At that point I was 225. I hit the gym and started running alot and in time got down to 186. I had a goal to get to 190 by the time I was going to go to Orlando for vacation. I met my goal right before I left. But then it all fell apart after that. I was on vacation for ten days. Eating out the whole time, making unhealthy decisions and not working out the whole time I was away. Well I formed old habits while on vacation and they stuck with me when I returned. I lost sight of my goals. A year later here I am. back at 224. I look at my old progress pics and they just make me sad. I want to get back to 190 and stay there. I am eating alot better now and hitting the gym almost everyday. I am not finding motivation on facebook and other social networks so I'm looking here where people seem to be way more positive.
