I am a fat to fit story. I was very small in highschool then had kids and gained weight. Recently lost alot and i am happy but want to see sculpted muscles. Taking it to the next level of fit.

I always feel great when bodybuilding. There is a success you get out of what you can lift and you feel so empowered. With being a female i want to show ladies you can look great bodybuilding and it is essential in a healthy lifestyle.
